We understand that your furry friends are family too. That's why we welcome up to two cats, each weighing a maximum of 25 lbs. A one-time fee of $150 applies, along with monthly rent of $25 and a deposit of $100. Cats must be at least 1 year old, declawed, fixed, and up to date on vaccinations. Additionally, we allow one dog weighing up to 25 lbs with the same fee and rental requirements as cats. Please note that most apartments have waiting lists, and availability may vary.
