This posting is for the 1st floor apartment. The 1st floor apartment will only be available for a 1 to 2 month rental starting on February 15th, 2024. This fully furnished and newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is located in the Bywater neighborhood on a safe, quiet block, the apartment is on the 1st floor of a historic house and is completely renovated with brand new appliances. The house has a swimming pool with a large patio/courtyard area and a Weber propane gas grill (all of which is shared with the upstairs apartment occupants). There is plenty of on-street parking as the house is a corner property. The open kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment has central heat and air-conditioning. Free wi-fi and the utilities are included in the monthly rent. Great location within walking distance to several eating and retail establishments. The living room/dining room/open kitchen is huge and used to be a pharmacy storefront many decades ago. NOTE TO ALL: THIS IS NOT A SHORT TERM RENTAL. No pets. No smoking. A month's security deposit (in addition to and separate from the monthly rent) is due at time of rental agreement signing. (This security deposit is refundable upon vacating the premises provided that no violations of the rental agreement have occurred.) Rental by owner. A tour of the apartment can be arranged prior to rental agreement signing/rental fee payment. NOTE: I will not arrange a tour of the apartment if you only send me a one sentence request with no additional information. 1-2 month rental. (No short term rentals/rentals less than 30 days.) No smoking/vaping inside the apartment. No pets. No commercial catering or parties/events. Utilities included.
