Paramount Square is a LEED Certified $22.6 million revitalization within the Peebles Corner Historic District in Walnut Hills and part of a broader $40 million development plan for the district. The Model Group partnered with the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation (WHRF) to preserve and revitalize eight historic buildings of the neighborhood business district.Trevarren Flats is a transformational development in the heart of Walnut Hills. The $10 million dollar LEED certified mixed use development consists of three buildings that have been restored to their former glory making up 30 market rate apartments and five first floor commercial spaces totaling more than 6,000SF of commercial storefront. The apartments are a mix of 6 studios and 24 two bedroom apartments with dedicated parking spaces on-site. Each apartment features brand new finishes and fixtures, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, washer/dryer hookups, and the historic charm making each unit unique.
