Newly private mailboxes are now installed with off-street parking for 1 car! We are working on getting upgrades to installing new security cameras, an on-site shared coin-operated laundry room, offering cable/internet, and cosmetics upgrades! Currently, all utilities are included in the rental rate except for snow removal of the sidewalks. Not pet-friendly and does not allow smoking. Residents are encouraged to use Rhino Insurance, otherwise, a security deposit of 1.5x monthly rent is required. Application Fee of $30/person over the age of 18.
