The unit is a spacious victorian 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upper unit for rent. It is approximately 1400 sqft. Rent is $1200 a month with a 12 month lease. The security deposit is $1200. Gas/Heat is included in the rent. There is designated parking for tenants; however, the YMCA childcare across the street is nice about allowing temporary use for guests. You pay your own electricity and water may be billed if used in excess. The unit has a brand new dishwasher and stacked washer and dryer. No pets are allowed and no smoking indoors. We live in a beautiful area with a walking trail nearby, downtown is just a small walk away, and the home is central to both Adrian College and Sienna Heights. We have a beautiful front porch for relaxing and coffee drinking. We do require a non-refundable application fee of $50 per applicant as I do pay for credit and background, and eviction checks. You pay your own electricity and $50 a month fee for heat/gas/water/trash/sewer. The unit has a brand new dishwasher and stacked washer and dryer. No pets allowed. No smoking indoors.
