The luxurious en suite bath has an extra large double shower, a two-sink vanity, and a freestanding two person bathtub. The indoor kitchenette consists of a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Outside on the deck is the outdoor kitchen which consists of a 4 burner grill with an additional burner for pots and pans as well as a kitchen sink and plenty of counter space. Inside is a memory foam king bed, a small loveseat sitting area with 32" smart TV, a small table that can be used for dining or as a desk, and an antique dresser. There is also a small closet space. Ocean access! Do you have a small boat or jet ski? There is a neighborhood boat ramp within walking distance to the house and you can tie up right in front of the studio's deck. *(Pets and boats will be considered on a case-by-case basis)*. LOCATION!! Walking distance to the wonderful Baypoint Park! Our small community is so lucky to have this incredible public park which includes tennis courts, a playground, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court along with a nice grassy field, shade trees, and benches. Adjacent to the park is world famous Baby's Coffee. Don't miss out on their wonderful coffees, teas, smoothies, and more. Baypoint Market, also adjacent to the park offers subs, salads, pizzas, and burgers. One month minimum rental, month to month lease. MONTHLY RATES: December-April $4000 May-June $3500 July-September $3000 October-November $3500 Pet rent $200 The following utilities are all included - electricity, water, garbage/sewer, and wifi. There is no cable TV. You'll be provided with at least one full tank of propane for the grill, the tenant is responsible for buying propane after that initial tank. Absolutely no smoking anywhere inside or out. There is parking for one vehicle.
