The income requirement for this apartment is 2,000 per month (gross) for one occupant, 2,500 per month for two occupants . Rent is for single occupancy, rent increases by $50 per month for a couple. Maximum occupancy is two adults. No pets, smokers or agency payments. I do not schedule showings by text or email, you need to call me to schedule a showing and be prepared to explain how you meet my requirements. Owner pays for water, sewer refuse, landscaping and snow plowing. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric.
