This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath fully furnished apartment. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It comes with a full kitchen, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, silverware, plates, and pans. Free Wi-Fi and all utilities are paid. This apartment is a ground floor unit. It is centrally located in Hopkinsville, which makes getting around very easy. It is two blocks from the Jennie Stewart Medical center which makes it ideal for traveling nurses. Heating/cooling is via mini split units. This means you can have different temperatures in the bedrooms vs the living area. There is a minimum of 1 month stay. You can park out front on the street, but most park in the lot in the rear of the building. All utilities are included, and you have free wifi. Security Deposit is negotiable depending upon the length of the stay.
