A short drive down the mountain takes you into the heart of downtown Asheville with its many shops, restaurants, galleries, breweries and entertainment venues. A drive in the other direction leads you directly to the Blue Ridge Parkway in the direction of Craggy Gardens and Mt. Mitchell. The private driveway can accommodate three cars, one of which will, at times, be occupied by the owners, siblings who both reside in Charleston but take turns visiting Asheville on occasion. There is a "shoes-off" policy upstairs in order to keep noise at a minimum for downstairs guests or residents. Begin as a six month lease with the option to renew. Utilities included.
