The view from the apartment overlooks both the river and school. The apartment is made up of one bedroom, along with a living room, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom. It is solely intended for two individuals. The apartment's location is very convenient as it is within walking distance to various shops on Main Street, including Pecks supermarket, a bank, Main Street Cafe, breweries, and The Kaatskeller Pizza. The tenant is responsible for paying electricity while the landlord covers the costs for water and heating. Regrettably, no pets are allowed. Apartment is fully furnished by Nest. Landlord pays heat, water, sewage, garbage. Renter pays for electricity. One parking space is available. This is strict a non-smoking building. Sorry but no pets are allowed.
