Tenants over the past few years have been Law students, MBA students, and other UVA healthcare professionals. It is in the perfect location being close to campus, medical complex, and very close to the grocery store and major shopping center (Barracks). It's also close to the Rivanna Trail system for walking, hiking and biking. This is on the second and top floor, meaning it is protected from any noise. The balcony is perfect for lounging. The condo gets great light and even on cloudy days it seems bright. Washer and dryer are in-house and the pet relief area and pool are adjacent to the unit. I've really enjoyed my time living here and hope you will as well. Parking is always very easy, and the unit comes with its own parking spot, but there is never a problem finding parking for visitors. Absolutely no smoking. First months rent and security deposit required before move in (security deposit is equal to 1 months rent). Please note: serious inquiries must fill out the Zillow application in order to perform background and credit checks. No exceptions. Rent includes all utilities except for electricity and internet.
