This home is freshly painted with new appliances and new vinyl flooring. Everything is within walking distance (M&T bank, the Doctor's office, Downtown, and more). Easy walking to public transit and a great neighborhood. The owner pays for water only. Tenants will pay for gas and electricity long as they stay as a tenant. However, inside the building, no smoking and no pets are allowed. If you break anything inside the building, you must fix it before moving out. Also, no more than 4 people living inside the building. You can park your car in the parking area which is side parking and as a tenant you need to share the parking space with the other tenants
