Applicants relying on SSI, AFDC, retirement, student loans or grants, child support or other non-wage income must provide documented proof of benefits received. If you will be using your bank account to qualify, you will need to show proof that you had 12 times the monthly rent in your account for the past year. TOURS WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNTIL APPLICANT APPLIES AND HAS BEEN PRE-APPROVED There will be a $25/mo surcharge for water.
