Nestled in beautiful Canandaigua, where you can enjoy all the City's amenities along with the tranquility of our park like setting. Each apartment has its own heating and air conditioning system, gas range, frost-free refrigerator and wall to wall carpeting. A large community room is located off the lobby where an ongoing schedule of activities takes place. The community room is equipped with tables and chairs, large screen lV with a DVD player, organ and a fully equipped kitchen. The Community Room can also be reserved by our residents for private parties. In addition, each floor has its own lounge with tables and chairs. Located at the end of a street, our residents enjoy quiet surroundings with beautifully landscaped grounds including a courtyard furnished with benches, picnic tables, and barbecue grills. The location is within walking distance of the library, several Churches and the downtown business/shopping district. Transportation is available by city bus, the county minibus and/or taxi service. Wegman's Supermarket provides a bus weekly for the convenience of our residents for grocery shopping.
