It allows for easy access to UNC's South Campus, the hospital or Research Triangle Park. The neighborhood is located just off 15-501 and Highway 54 so access to I-40, Durham, RTP, etc. is easy and quick! The house is a single story 2BR/2.0 BA with a living room (w/ wood-burning fireplace), office, kitchen, front porch, dishwasher, washer/dryer and off-street parking for two cars. House has been recently renovated. It's a cozy house, 1350 sq ft., with good neighbors. I'm looking for responsible renters who will treat the place with respect because my wife and I have lived in this house and will do so again...once we return from overseas. Enjoy the pics!!
