This is real simple if you will not answer basic questions so we both know you can afford it then I am not willing to waste my time nor yours showing the condo. If you want to see it just answer the questions. We used to live here and when we purchased a different place we did thousands of dollars worth of work that we had not gotten around to doing when we lived there. So far people are not willing to answer basic questions or they do not make enough money to afford the condo. These are basic questions, nothing personal. Move-in date? Moving from zip code? Number of Tenants? Pets? Smoking? Income? Credit Score? Employer? How long at your current employer? Job title? Reason for moving? How long at the current Place? Lease term is 12 months. Renter pays all utilities. This is a no smoking unit. A application fee of $40 is required for every person that is to live in the unit age 18 or older
