Some pets might be considered with additional security and per month rent. $1500.00/month. 1st months rent and security deposit needed to move in. $20 application fee for each adult as we do a background check. Application fee to be paid at the showing if you are interested in moving forward. Some pets considered with extra security deposit and small per month fee. Verifiable income minimum is 3X the rent amount. Prior positive rental history required.
