This is an income restricted apartment. To qualify, residents must have a total gross yearly income that is at or below 50% Area Median Income ($47,950 for a single occupant or $54,800 total for 2 occupants) You must also make at least 2.5x the rent to qualify ($2,995/Monthly or over $35,940 /Yearly). Annual recertification is required. Rent is $1198 per month with all utilities included. The studio apartments we have available range from 234 - 256 square feet.
