Updated, furnished condo located East of Route one. The property has bright, natural lighting with indoor and outdoor space. The space was designed to be accommodating and provide comfort to our guests. The condo is within close proximity to several nearby beaches and the Lewes-Georgetown bike trail. It is within close proximity to Route one, New Road and Savannah Road. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You will find luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the home. Each bedroom has a Queen memory foam mattress in addition to closets and dressers to accommodate your belongings. There is a full size basement with a laundry area and section for storage if needed during your stay. The TV is connected to wireless internet and basic cable is provided. The condo would be perfect for someone looking for a 30 day - 4 month lease. It is available November 2023 - March 2024. The monthly rent is $2600 a month and we will take care of utility costs up to $300 a month (electric, water, internet/basic cable, gas for fireplace if used). We would ask for additional payment if utilities exceeded this cost. The security deposit is $1000 and should be provided upon signing the lease. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay depending on the condition of the property upon your departure. Guests are responsible for the costs of any damage to the home if this were to occur. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100.00 and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $200.00. We do allow one dog in the home. No smoking is allowed. No parties.
