Freshly painted, stack washer/dryer, stove and fridge included, plenty of storage (pantry and several closets), large bedroom and living room/dining area. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash service. One designated parking space per apartment; visitor spaces are available. No pets. No smoking. No grills, chimineas, or fireplaces. Monthly take-home income must be at least 3x the rent. Good credit is required. I am not on-site, and I cannot give tours until you have turned in an application. There is no application fee.
