Updated flooring as well as updated bathroom with tiled walls. Minimum credit score of 500 with excellent rental history. Renter is responsible for water, gas, electricity and any other additional preferred maintenance (i.e. pest control). No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Deposit and first month's rent are due prior to receiving the keys to the unit. The deposit is returned within 30 days of your departure from the unit minus any damages. Early termination will require a penalty of 2 months rent. A minimum 12 month lease is required. Tenant is responsible for regular maintenance, including but not limited to: light bulb replacement, regularly cleaning of the unit, taking out the trash, and regular upkeep of appliances. The landlord will replace HVAC filters every 3 months (entry is required).
