This spacious 4 bed/1 bath unit occupies the top two floors of a well-maintained duplex and features central AC and off-street parking. It's situated on a quiet road just off Perrysville Ave with a short (~10 minute) drive to Downtown Pittsburgh as well as the stadiums, restaurants, and entertainment in the North Shore. The first level of the apartment includes a large kitchen with gas stove, fridge, microwave, and double-sink (some appliances are not shown in photos, but all listed appliances are included). Also located on this level are three spacious rooms all featuring newer laminate flooring, closet space, and lots of windows providing natural light throughout. This level also includes the full bathroom for this unit with a shower tub combo, wall tiling, and vanity cabinet. Continuing upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms which are fully carpeted and each includes a closet for storage. One room has a large triple window while the other offers a single window and slightly larger living area. This versatile setup allows you to create a room arrangement that works for your particular needs, whether it's three bedrooms, separate living and dining rooms, a large office space, workout area, or something else is entirely up to you! Brand new washer and dryer for this unit are free to use and located in the basement. There is an attached, one car garage which is available for an additional $100 per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Water, trash, and sewage bills will stay in the owner's name and tenant will be billed a flat fee of $75/month for those utilities.
