Great location near the city center, but located on a quiet laidback street. This home boasts real hardwood floors, lots of windows with great light and graceful curved entries and passageways. The unit has been recently painted. Includes full kitchen with newer refrigerator and formal dining area off the living room. Great size for a one bedroom. Laundry is available (quarter-operated) on-site in the basement. Pet friendly - we allow one dog (up to 40 lbs) or cat and will consider requests for additional pets on a case-by-case basis. We allow cats and dogs up to 50 lbs. For any approved pets, we require a deposit of $500/pet and $25/month pet rent will be charged. Utilities: Tenant must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power and internet/cable if desired. Water/sewer and garbage are paid by the owner. Laundry: Building includes on-site coin-operated washer/dryer on the lower floor. Landscaping: Tenant is not responsible for landscaping or exterior care. Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property. We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. Applying is free, but background screening costs $35 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one, but we require you to also apply directly with us. You won't have to pay for a second screening if you've completed one with Zillow in the last 15 days. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
