Apartment also has central heat and air conditioning. Full kitchen with modern appliances, oversized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, gas range and oven, microwave and coffee maker. All kitchenware and cooking utensils that you need to prepare your meals or grill on the BBQ. Bedroom contains queen-sized bed, TV with cable, dresser and closet. Bathroom has shower / tub combination. Washer and dryer is also available in the unit. Private deck with two seating areas - one for dining and one conversation and relaxation. Gas grill makes it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the sound of the river. Includes private off-street parking and nice small yard for your exclusive use. All utilities including electricity, water, gas, garbage, cable, high-speed internet and Netflix are included. No pets are allowed - no exceptions. No smoking in the apartment. Minimum of 21 day rental. Rental is available for any 21 day period between January 29, 2024 to March 6, 2024 or any 21 day period between March 30 to May 15th, 2024. $1000 damage deposit required.
