This is a 2 bedroom and 1 full bathroom FIRST floor apartment located on a quiet block of S 7th Street in Allentown. The apartment features off-street parking, an in-unit washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The landlord covers ALL utilities except electricity. The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet. The full bathroom has beautiful subway tiling in the shower. This is not a pet friendly apartment, so no pets please. The landlord looks for 3x the rent in monthly income. For credit scores, it is preferred to have a score of 600+, but if income is higher we will consider a lower score. Application is completed online through the property management website. All applicants who would be living in the apartment that are over 18+ must apply/be on the lease. One year lease minimum please. First month's rent and one month security to move in.
