This is a furnished rental that is perfect for extended stays or a 3 to 6 month lease. PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS. Or, how long do you need to rent for? 2) Is your credit good? 3) Do you need the place to be furnished? 4) Do you have any pets? Upon receipt of these answers, a member of a team will get back to you right away to talk further. 2 bed, 1 bath, second floor duplex. Minimalistic and comfortable with comfy beds, and a spacious kitchen that comes with all major appliances EXCEPT a dishwasher. Hardwood floors throughout, dining room seats 4 people, and there's a desk area set up in the living room for working/studying. The living room has one leather loveseat (can fit 2 people) and a leather chair. Big Smart TV with Roku hookup. You get one spot in the driveway. The garage is small but could fit one car as well. Washer and dryer in basement and shared with first floor guests. Pet friendly, within walking distance to Whole Foods, Starbucks, Target, and a short drive to Cleveland Clinic and UH. Great area for getting away from hustle/bustle of downtown, but close to Cleve attractions! Reilly Properties is a first-class property management company. What does that mean? It means if your rental needs repair service, we are there promptly, not a week later. We only lease clean and well-maintained properties in good neighborhoods.
