No evictions or felony criminal history in the recent past. Credit score should be 600 minimum. Maximum 2 person plus 2 dependents total occupancy in the rental unit. No smoking in the unit. Willing to pay rent online is preferred. APPLICATION AND LEASE PROCESS A brief phone interview will take place prior to showing the unit to confirm a potential application would likely meet our rental criteria. The rental application is online, which you will be able to fill out from your smart device or computer. All move in amounts are due and payable prior to receiving keys and no partial payments or payment plans are allowed. The initial lease will be for 6 months and then renew annually.
