The new tenant can use the pool table or it can be removed. The garage will be cleaned out prior to a new tenant moving in. Some of the qualifications: A background and credit check are required for each adult. Each adult's credit score must be at least 650. You can easily check your credit score for free on websites like Credit Karma or Annual Credit Report. Your monthly household income has to be at least 3 times the rent (not per person). No pets. Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month of rent. If you meet the qualifications, we can schedule a tour. After touring, you can submit an application. Each adult who wants to live there must complete an application. The application fee is $30 per adult.
