We're booking direct for the '23-'24 season. 2 bed/2 ba w/ocean view. No pets. Serious inquiries only. Rent includes internet, cable, water, and electricity, with two parking spots. The property includes two pools, hot tub, and community grills. This is a snowbird vacation rental. We ask that you book for at least two weeks, but you may rent from September through May. Your security deposit is refundable at the end of your lease or can be used as a credit to cover any expenses accrued during your stay. The rent includes: in-unit washer/dryer, fully furnished space, parking, water, electric, internet, and cable. No pets. No smoking in the condo or on the property.
