There is also an private yard with a patio. The apartment is located in the Arts District, within 2 miles of the Stanley Theater, Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute (MWPAI), the Utica Memorial Auditorium, the Utica Brewery and many local bars and eateries. The rent is $1700 a month and includes all utilities, water, internet, smart TV, & Spectrum streaming services. Security deposit will depend on length of stay. There is one parking spot. Additional on-street parking permit can be purchased from the City of Utica. All interested parties must complete a rental application and will be subject to a background check.
