Three bedroom, two and one half batch condo in Myrtle Beach, SC. Well maintained and equipped. On top floor with a skylight. There is an elevator so climbing stairs isn't required. Parking for two cars under building. This is a short term rental for October through March or April. Master bedroom has a king bed with a new mattress. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and one with two singles. Flat screen TVs connected to Spectrum cable in den and all three bedrooms. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Cable TV, electricity and water included in rental price. There is no phone in the unit. Kitchen is very well equipped. Flooring was recently replaced everywhere except bathrooms. Pictures show old tile and carpet. We will update pictures. HOA doesn't allow renters to bring pets so that's not negotiable. Allowance for up to $250 electricity bill. Excess will be paid by renters.
