Unit has been freshly painted and cleaned and is ready for move in. Section 8 vouchers are welcome. 12-month lease. Resident pays all utilities - electric, gas, water, sewer and trash. To qualify you will need a provable income of at least $1,200 per month with 12 months of rental history and 12 months of employment history, no evictions, no felonies, no collections or charge offs and a credit score of at least 550 or above. The property owner does a credit check and background check. The screening fee is $30.00 per applicant and anyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the apartment is required to apply.
