The Condo has internet, smart tv's and its own washing machine and dryer and full kitchen. This is a two bedroom, with one being a large loft space upstairs. There is also a large private balcony attached to the dining/living room. You'll also have a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, Keurig, tea kettle, essential dishes like pots and pans for cooking/baking and convection oven with stovetop for your use. There is a full bathroom with a shower, in the bathroom you'll also have a hairdryer and towels. Across from the bathroom is a laundry room with detergent and extra towels, cleaning supplies including an ironing board and iron. Summary of Lease Terms: 6 Month term length. Tenant will pay water and Electric. Owner will pay Internet/ Wifi & HOA fees. This is a fully furnished condo, there will be an inspection beforehand and just before lease termination to determine if anything is damaged or stolen. Small dogs and cats are allowed, with a one time $200 non refundable pet fee per animal.
