The condo is a fully furnished, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath second floor end unit of a three floor building. The condo is only 15 minutes to the beach yet located in an area that is secluded, quiet and surrounded by nature with a nice forest/nature view off of the balcony. The location of the condo is in a quiet, low traffic area and offers peace from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. There are 2 seasonal pools available for your use up the street from the unit. The Condo has everything you need to be your home. This condo is a short-term / vacation rental and is fully furnished, including dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. and linens if needed. Rental terms of 1 to 6 months available. Max occupants is 4, including infants and children. Utilities included in the rental amount are: Internet, basic cable TV, water and trash service. Tenant is responsible for any electric charges over $50 per month. In addition to the monthly rental amount of $1,650, the required 12% accommodations tax will be collected on any stay less than 90 nights. The first month's rental amount will need paid before taking possession. The $1,500 security deposit is due at Lease signing. No pets allowed. We may consider a small, non-shedding dog with an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $300, and pet fee paid each month of $25.00. No smoking of any kind (including vaping) in the condo or on the balcony. Parking is in a parking lot in front of the condo with a max of 2 cars. No motorcycles or trailers allowed. The condo is expected to be kept in reasonably clean and sanitary condition during your stay. At the end of the rental term, the condo and furnished items are to be left in the condition found. The condo is expected to be fully cleaned to the condition it was in when you took possession - including the cleaning of all appliances, bathrooms, floors, linens, etc. or a cleaning fee of $60 an hour will be taken from your security deposit to restore the condo to its possession condition. If there is more than wear and tear damage to any furnished items, repair or replacement cost will come out of your security deposit. If interested in renting the condo, an application through Zillow that includes a credit report must be submitted before we can show the property. If your credit report is satisfactory, we can arrange a time to show the property to you. Thank you.
