Very nice single floor plan on top unit with views of the valley; washer and dryer in unit, fireplace and off street parking. This neighborhood has a lot of children that live in the community. Very understanding and flexible on screenings but not very understanding when it comes to any prior evictions. No drama tenants please. Hardwood flooring so the apartment has a nice clean feel but we need a new tenant whom will be respectful of the lower unit tenant since stomping and running indoors can be disruptive to the lower unit with the hardwood flooring. Landlord pays for the water, sewer and garbage. No smoking in the apartment Prior evictions are a major hurdle but very flexible on other barriers so long as you can show you can live independently, follow a lease and be respectful to your neighbors.
