Fresh paint throughout! This unit is currently vacant any you can come to our office during business hours of 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday to pick up a key and view at your leisure. If you have interest after viewing the unit you would then need to complete a rental application and be approved through our screening process. There is a $30 non-refundable fee that covers your credit (minimum credit score of 600) and criminal background screenings. We also verify that your household income has three times the rent amount after taxes (net). No bankruptcy, short sale, or foreclosure within the last 2 years . Once your application is approved, it is good on all of our properties for 90 days. All of our properties are no smoking, no pets!. No co-signors!
