There is a washer dryer hookup (tenants must provide own washer/dryer) and dishwasher in the unit. Tenant pays electric and heat (oil) and internet/cable/phone. This unit does not have central air. Window air conditioning units are present but are not owner's responsibility to repair or replace. One cat is permitted with a $200 non-refundable deposit and $50 a month pet fee. No dogs. Showings will not be honored until an application is received. $30 per application per adult. All adults must apply. No smoking, one cat permitted with fees. Background and credit check required with application. Individual tours will not be honored until an application is received and the pre-approval process is complete. Applicants must gross 3x the monthly rent. This unit does not accept section 8 or rental assistance.
