The apartment has two full size bedrooms and a balcony which is accessible from the kitchen for convenience. There is a nice amount of closet space and the apartment is fully equipped with current model kitchen appliances. The apartment also has a fire place and it does come with air conditioning. The one car detached garage is included with the apartment. It features a remote for your car to open the electric door as well as a digital access keypad for convenience. All of our apartments are strictly no smoking and no pets. We are registered as a Gold (highest) level participant in the City of Tacoma Health Department. You cannot live in the complex if you smoke. Privately owned and managed. $1250/month for a 12 month lease, $1000 Security Deposit/ which includes $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. *Please note, to qualify for deposit return, tenant must reside (stay) in the apartment for a minimum of 11 months.
