This large and very spacious 2 bedroom apartment is situated at the top of a large building in Etna-just minutes outside of Ithaca. The apartment will be ready to move-in by late September. After climbing two sets of stairs, once you enter the apartment you immediately walk into the living room. off the living room is one of the bedrooms. From the living room is the large kitchen, with an island and a dining or office area. A 2nd bedroom and full bathroom complete the apartment. Rent is $1,075/month and includes heat and hot water. Electric is not included and it averages $70/month with NYSEG. Trash removal is included. Tenants are responsible for the cable and internet. There is off-street parking available at the building and coin operated washers and dryers for tenant's use. The apartment is not furnished and is non-smoking.
