We love our adorable studio so much and can't wait to tell you about it. But first we need you to understand the following absolutes: FULLY FURNISHED ONLY - ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED - SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY NO PETS PLEASE. (Don't be "that guy" who applies and tours, ready to sign, then tells you about his sweet cat and three roommates and where can he put his sectional?) And now, what we really would like to start with: Welcome to our light and bright studio apartment (all to yourself), located just steps from Hampton Park in desirable Hampton Park Terrace in downtown Charleston. From fluffy towels to its comfortable furnishings, it is tastefully decorated and cozy in the best possible way. Located in a carriage house directly behind the main house of a 1915 craftsman, your studio is small but open in design -- the small but efficient kitchen has everything you need and features high end finishes with a granite counter, stainless table, small Viking oven, built in burners, standard refrigerator and a high-end wine cooler. We supply All-Clad cookware, LeCreuset dinnerware and absolutely everything you need. The large bathroom has a stall shower and lots of storage next to the "European" style washer-dryer combo unit located within. Your bedroom is up a short flight of hardwood stairs in a cozy sleeping loft. The space fits a full size mattress and, frankly, no larger. (Trust us, we've tried!) Therefor the space is ideally suited for one tenant. Outside your studio is a private terrace and walled garden shared with the main house, and by that we primarily mean our adorable corgi, Einstein. The owners (us) rarely use the yard, leaving its use to you as you please. It has plenty of space to store a bike and even has a fire pit. Simplify your life with just one Venmo a month. Everything is included! Please note that we cannot accommodate pets, parties are not a great idea (it's a quiet neighborhood), and the sleeping loft is super cool but not for everybody. Traditionally the studio has hosted one tenant or a couple who is used to a full size mattress set-up. Length of lease is flexible, though we heavily prefer at least 6 months.
