Close to schools, restaurants, and shopping centers. All apartment homes come with washer and dryer, and stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Stay cool during the summer with an AC unit located in each unit. Apartment homes feature 9ft ceilings, LVP floors, spacious floor plans with large amounts of storage throughout the unit. Water and garbage is a flat $90/month fee. You will only have to pay for your electric separately. Here at Ridgeline Apartments we welcome dogs over the age of 12 months and under 30 pounds as well as cats. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $400 for one pet or $500 for two. Security deposits start at $700 and screening fees are $50 per adult over 18 and $75 for a married couple. We are a no smoking property. We have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units available, and they are priced as follows: 1x1- $1,600/month, deposit starting at $700 2x2- $1,775-$1875/month, deposit starting at $800 3x2-$2,000/month, deposit starting at $900 Month to month agreement with a minimum stay of 1 year
