Hello! I am renting my unfurnished one bedroom apartment which includes a parking space and a separate study. It is located directly across from a Safeway and two blocks from the Petworth metro. This is a large 1BR apartment - 750 square feet and has central air, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and there are two additional storage closets in the apartment. It's a fantastic neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I own the unit and live in the neighborhood, so I'm easily available to assist with any issues quickly. The apartment is available starting November 1. One year lease minimum preferred.
