We are looking for someone with no pets to rent the second floor apartment of our nice and quiet home, Due to allergies of most pets and a fear of dogs I cannot have any pets or service animals here. There is 1 bedroom and also a small space for an office. There is also a great covered porch that is about 300 sf that goes with the apartment. There is parking for 1 car and the property and home are well maintained. The home has charm and character. I do not need anyone to pay for an application fee, I will just start with a few questions so I can get to know people better, I can send those questions to people through email. I will need to talk on the phone with the people and get to know them before I schedule a showing. I hope to only show it a few times to people who will be a great addition to our home. No 3rd party funding source accepted. Owner pays for water, Tenant pays for electric and gas.
