Rent is $2200 if rented before 10/1 otherwise $2400 This unit is located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building right next to Prospect Park. Very close to the B/Q & S trains. The apartment has a queen-sized bedroom. The bedroom has one closet. This is the only closet in the unit. It has a combined living room and kitchen. Although the Living Room does not get any natural light, it is a good size and can accommodate a sofa, coffee table, and entertainment console. The kitchen has full-size stainless steel appliances. I think, adding a butcher block would be a nice idea to partition the Living Room from the kitchen.
