This is a vacation rental and the monthly rental rates are based on the season. Perfect for business travelers, travel healthcare workers, those building or renovating a home, film industry workers or those who want to enjoy an extended stay at the beach. This lovely ground floor apartment has wood look tile flooring throughout, high end stainless steel appliances, coastal modern furnishing and more! For your convenience, the unit is equipped with a washer/dryer. Relax or dine on the front porch which features a teak dining table, Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. Guests have an outdoor shower for washing off beach sand. Wifi, extended cable package, smart TV and all utilities are included. Bedroom configuration: Primary bedroom with Queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom and second bedroom with twin beds. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. No pets. No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property, including outside on the property grounds. The entire property is 100% smoke/vape-free. No parties or events, of any size, are allowed at any time, per IOP regulations. No guests without owner/management approval. The apartment is currently occupied until February 29.
