Our apartment sleeps 8 and is equipped with carefully curated decor, a fully stocked kitchen, a screened porch, grill, and plenty of living and dining space to relax. Pets allowed in accordance with our pet policy. Spread across two levels, our cozy and well-appointed space features two bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower tub, ensuring comfort and convenience for up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a new king bed, two queen beds, and a pullout couch in the downstairs living room, guaranteeing a good night's sleep for everyone. Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with ample counter space. You may request cleaning service during your stay at an additional cost *We collect the first and last month's rent once the booking is confirmed (for 60+ days bookings) *We ask all guests, upon confirmation of the booking, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement.
