Snowbird Special Month to month rent only available from October 1, 2023, to February 28, 2024 This updated 3BR and 2BA villa is fully furnished including all the utilities. 3 story villa has plenty of space to gather with family and friends yet gives you space to have quiet time away! Only 5 min walk to the beach with private path with bathroom. The famous Coligny beach park, which has many restaurants and shops, is a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride! On the first floor is an open concept livings, dining and Kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, dishes and utensils. Laundry is also located on the first floor. The 2nd floor has two rooms with full bath. The guest room has a queen bed, and the kid room has bunk bed with twin bed. The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor, featuring a king bed with ensuite bath with own balcony looking over the lagoon. All bedrooms come with TV and the villa will accommodate 7. 2 parking permits are provided. We provide lines and towels, but we only provide starter kits for toiletries. We only clean the villa upon your departure. Additional cleaning, including exchange of linens and towels during the stay can be arranged with an additional $200 per cleaning. Monthly rent of $4,000 includes electric, water, cable, internet and pest treatment. A deposit of $2000 as well as a $200 cleaning fee upon departure is required up front. Booking will be through Airbnb or VRBO and additional fee by Airbnb or VRBO as well as tax will be added. The villa will be continue listed as short-term rental. Month-to-month rental is based on availability at the time. No smoking No Pet allowed per HOA. A separate lease agreement needs to be signed. Monthly rent is only good until February 28, 2024, and you will need to vacate or lose access to the villa.
