Great location in the city of Kingston. We are on the bus line. Owners live in the main house and this is the only rental on the property. Shared use of the backyard including pool, and hot tub are included! Off street parking for one to two cars. The guest house has been an Airbnb for the last several years. Looking for a long-term tenant, or would consider a six month lease as well. Flexible with the dates. Furnished or partially furnished available. No smoking allowed. Rent includes gas heat, electric, water, garbage, and Wi-Fi. For short term rental, we would also include TV apps.
