Large well laid out one bedroom apartment near Lancaster General Hospital. The apartment is located near the corner on N Duke St and E Clay St, across from Visage Visage Spa. It is about two blocks from the hospital, a few blocks from the train station and a 15 minute walk from the center of downtown. Being in the North East part of the city it is also easy to get in and out of town if you need to commute to work or drive anywhere. The apartment has one bed room, one bathroom and four closets. The kitchen has plenty of room for a table and has a washer/dryer built in. Street parking is free on Duke and Clay around the building, but we also have off street parking out back for an added fee if you are interested. Tenant's are responsible for the electric bill and we cover the water and trash bills. To view the apartment we are requiring a pre app to be approved in advance - it does not require any private information and there is no application fee. If you want to see the apartment, just let us know and I will send you a link to the app. If you have credit, income, or other issues there is a link to the full application on the pre app and we are happy to review the full application in advance to let you know if we can work with you or not. If you have filled out a Zillow application we can sometimes use that in place of the pre app. The apartment is not approved for section 8 housing vouchers Pets are permitted, but certain limitations apply, so please let us know what you have and we can let you know if that will work and the cost. Leases less than one year are accepted in some cases for a premium.
