The Princess Anne Suite is a 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 2) located near downtown Norfolk and a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. The space Bedroom 1: The first bedroom has a queen size bed There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. Guest access Access is by private door with door code. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. Other things to note House rules: Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated. No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host) Check-in is anytime after 4PM Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee. Fully furnished All utilities are included Rate subject to change based on months rented Parking available Pets allowed- up to two cats or dog $50 per pet per month One time cleaning fee: $160 Refundable security deposit: $300 Rent 30- 89 days to start. If you are a good tenant, we may allow you to extend longer. We accept all major credit cards as form of payment To secure your spot, we'd send an initial invoice for half of the first month's rent + security deposit (refundable damage deposit returned at the end of your stay if there is no damage or smell of smoke) + cleaning fee. The initial payment is due within 48 hrs of receiving the invoice and rental agreement. All payments would be paid with a credit card and there is always a 3% processing fee included in the monthly rate. We will send a rental agreement as well to be signed electronically and an invoice to add the preferred payment method.
